Also I utilized suite the entire time i had 10 on an educational discount in my opinion getting live suite edition on its own is worth it more than waiting for 12 because then you only have to learn the changes made in the next update. at the end of the day its all up to your own personal choice. Im currently stoked on live 11 but im not really kicking myself for taking a while to get the upgrade the functionality is still there with 10 and i really had no reason to upgrade until i just had some extra funds. Sure i love what they did with live 11 but if i had not used live 10 prior and waited for the next edition id be newer to live and no matter what program you utilize practice is what will make all the difference and it helps you get use to the workflow of the DAW because that doesnt change when upgrading i mean you could say that there are new ways of solving problems and features that streamline things better but its not necessarily night and day difference. The differences are not worth waiting the time youll spend with live is worth more than waiting for the next version i was using live 10 up until yesterday and i upgraded.
